Open the Dashboard
Click Dashboard in the left navigation. The page rolls up every campaign in the workspace and shows your account health.
You get three views in one screen:
- KPI strip (right rail) — Requests Sent, Accepted (with %), Replies (with %).
- Outreach Statistics graph (center) — one chart for the entire workspace.
- LinkedIn Accounts health (right rail) — per-account status, today's requests vs. cap, total connections, total followers.
Open the Campaigns list
Click Campaigns in the left navigation. The list shows every campaign with its Status, Progress (X / Y leads), Stats (sent, accepted, replied), Performance percentages, and Created date.
Click into a running campaign
Click a campaign row. The detail screen opens on the Campaign Overview tab. Three tabs sit at the top: Campaign Overview, Sequence Overview, and Lead Overview.
The Overview tab shows five KPI cards (Requests Sent, Accepted, Acceptance Rate, Replies, Reply Rate) and the same statistics chart, scoped to this campaign.
Read the three graph views
The chart has a graph-type toggle in the top-right. Switch between them to answer different questions.
- Total Growth — cumulative line chart for Connections Sent, Accepted, Replies, Booked. Use it to see momentum.
- Rate Comparison — 7-day rolling Connection Rate, Reply Rate, Positive Reply Rate, Booking Rate. Use it to see whether sends are converting better or worse over time.
- Daily Activity — bar chart with one bar per day per metric. Use it to spot send-volume gaps.
Scroll to Campaign Details
Below the chart, the Campaign Details card shows the lead list, sending accounts (with avatars), and the campaign's overall connection / reply rates in one compact summary.
Open the Sequence Overview
Click the Sequence Overview tab. The funnel diagram shows every step in the sequence with a count next to it: how many leads entered Campaign Start, how many made it to View Profile, Send Connection Request, Accepted vs. Not Accepted, Send Message, Answered vs. Not Answered, all the way to Sequence Complete.
Open the Lead Overview
Click the Lead Overview tab. Every lead in the campaign appears in a table with their current step, last outcome, next scheduled action, status, and a link to their LinkedIn profile.
- Filter chips across the top — All, Invited, Accepted, Completed, Failed.
- Search by lead name to jump to one person.
- View Profile in the LinkedIn column opens the lead's LinkedIn page.
