Spot the status badge
Every avatar in the conversation list has a small circular badge in the bottom-right corner. The emoji on it is the lead's current status. Hover any avatar to read the status name in the tooltip.
Read the legend
Open the Filter button in the left rail to see every status with a one-line description. The same nine statuses are the only ones a lead can be in.
The nine statuses
- 🤝 Connection Accepted — lead accepted your connection request. They have not been messaged yet.
- 📅 In Follow-up Sequence — lead is actively moving through the campaign's message steps.
- ⏳ Waiting for Response — a message has been sent and Reachium is waiting for the lead to reply.
- 📬 Needs Response — lead has replied. The ball is in your court.
- 👍 Positive Reply — lead replied with interest. Qualified, not booked yet.
- ❌ Not a Fit — lead is disqualified (wrong role, wrong company, hard no).
- 🎉 Booked In — lead has booked a meeting through your booking link.
- ⏱️ No Engagement — sequence finished without a single reply.
- 🔄 Off Platform Activity — conversation moved to email, phone, or another channel.
What sets the status
Most statuses move on their own as the system observes events. The Reply Agent updates them when it processes incoming messages. Bookings flip the lead to Booked In automatically through the booking integration. The Not a Fit and Off Platform Activity states are typically set by you to keep reporting clean.
