Filter and search the inbox

Filter the inbox to surface the conversations that need action right now.

Before you start

Prerequisites

Search by name

Type a name (or part of one) into the Search by name box at the top of the conversation list. The list narrows in real time to matching leads in the currently selected account.

Open the Filter dialog

Click the Filter button below the search box. The Filter Conversations dialog opens with two filter groups: Lead Status and Campaign.

Filter by Lead Status

Tick one or more of the nine statuses to keep only chats in those states. Common picks:

  • Needs Response + Positive Reply — your daily triage list.
  • Booked In — pipeline review.
  • Not a Fit — audit your targeting.

Filter by Campaign

Scroll down to the Campaign section. Click any campaign name to keep only chats from that campaign. Click it again to deselect.

Apply or clear

Click Apply Filters at the bottom of the dialog. The conversation list updates. The text under Search changes from No filters applied to the active filter count. Click Clear All in the dialog to reset.

After

The conversation list shows only the chats that match your filters. Combine status + campaign to build a focused triage queue.
