Tour the Unibox

Tour the Reachium Unibox: see how the unified LinkedIn inbox is laid out and learn to navigate its panes so no conversation slips through.

Before you start

Prerequisites

  • At least one connected LinkedIn account.
  • At least one sent or received message.

Open the Unibox

Click Unibox in the left navigation under Marketing. The Unibox opens with four regions on one screen.

Top row: account switcher

Every connected LinkedIn account in the workspace shows as a card with avatar, name, and total connection count. The selected account has a blue outline. The Reachium Reply Agent button on the right opens the auto-reply settings for the workspace.

Left rail: conversation list

Every chat for the selected account, newest first. Each row has:

  • Avatar with a small status badge in the corner (see the next lesson for what each badge means).
  • Name and date of the last message.
  • Last message preview below the name.
  • Search by name input and a Filter button at the top.

Center: thread and composer

The whole message history with the selected lead. Your sends are blue, theirs are grey. The composer sits at the bottom with a paperclip for attachments and a Send button. Shift+Enter adds a new line.

Right rail: lead detail

Everything you need to action this person without leaving the inbox.

  • Avatar, name, and LinkedIn headline.
  • View LinkedIn Profile — opens their profile in a new tab.
  • Quick Replies — one-click reply templates saved by your team. Click any template to drop it into the composer.
  • Add Template — save a new quick reply for the workspace.
