Open a conversation
Click any chat in the left rail. The thread loads in the center pane with your sends in blue and theirs in grey, newest at the bottom. The right rail switches to that lead's detail.
Type a reply
Click in the Type a message... field at the bottom of the thread. Shift+Enter adds a new line. Enter sends. The Send button is on the right.
Attach a file or image
Click the paperclip icon on the left of the composer to pick a file from disk. The file uploads and goes out with your next send.
Use a Quick Reply
Open the right rail. Under Quick Replies, click any saved template. Reachium drops the template text into the composer, where you can edit it before sending.
Open the lead's LinkedIn profile
Click View LinkedIn Profile in the right rail. The lead's LinkedIn profile opens in a new tab. Use this to research before replying.
Status updates on its own
The lead's status badge updates as the conversation moves. Sending a reply flips them to Waiting for Response. Their next reply flips them to Needs Response. A booking flips them to Booked In. You don't need to set the status manually for the normal flow.
