Open the Content Schedule
Click Content in the left navigation, then click View Schedule in the top-right of the Content Library. The Content Schedule page opens with a calendar of every scheduled and published post for every account.
Open the Generate plan dialog
Click Generate plan in the top-right of the Content Schedule. The Generate content plan dialog opens with one form.
Fill in the plan
The dialog has six fields:
- Account — the LinkedIn account that will post.
- Start date and End date — the date window the planner fills.
- Posts per week — default is 3. Bump it up for a higher cadence.
- Posting days — tick the weekdays posts can land on. The selected count must equal Posts per week.
- Posting time — the hour every slot fires at (in your timezone).
Generate
Click Generate plan at the bottom of the dialog. Reachium creates a draft post for every slot in the date range and drops them onto the calendar at the chosen time.
Open a slot to draft
Click any slot in the calendar to open the post composer pre-filled with the topic for that day. Use the Write a post flow to flesh out the draft, generate an image, and approve it. Each draft sits at Draft status until you mark it approved or scheduled.
