Open your event type
Go to Booking → Event Types and click the event type you want to share. The detail page has four tabs: Details, Team, Availability, and Share & Embed.
Open Share & Embed
Click the Share & Embed tab. The first panel is Direct Link — the URL guests use to book a slot. The shape is https://app.reachium.io/book/<workspace>/<event-type>.
Click the copy button next to the link to copy it. Click the external-link button to open it in a new tab and see exactly what guests see.
Customize the look
Under Customize, pick an Accent Color (the highlight color on the booking page) and a Theme (Light or Dark). These choices apply to the embed and to the preview iframe further down the page.
Choose how to share
Three options:
- Direct link — paste the URL into an email, a LinkedIn DM, an email signature, or a campaign step. Fastest path.
- Inline Embed — copy the
<iframe>block under Inline Embed and paste it into your website. The booking calendar renders inline at full width. - Popup Button — copy the Popup Button snippet for a "Book a call" button that opens the calendar in a popup. Useful for landing pages.
Sanity-check the public page
Open the direct link in a private / incognito window to see it the way a guest does. It should show your workspace name, the event type name, duration and location, a description if you wrote one, and a date picker.
Save the link as a Quick Reply
The fastest way to send your booking link in a DM is to save it as a Quick Reply template in the Unibox so you can drop it into any chat in one click.
- Open the Unibox from the left navigation.
- Pick any conversation, then on the right rail under Quick Replies, click Add Template.
- Set a Label like Book a call.
- Paste the message you want to send into the template text. Drop your booking URL into it. Example: Happy to chat — grab a slot here: https://app.reachium.io/book/your-workspace/discovery-call.
- Click Save. The template is now available on every conversation in the workspace.
