Open Documents
Click Documents in the left navigation under Assets. You land on the documents list, with folders on the left and your existing documents on the right. Each card shows the title, when it was last updated, and a Public or Private badge.
Create a new document
Click New Document in the top right. Reachium creates an empty document and opens the editor immediately. It starts as Private (just you and your workspace), titled Untitled, with one empty paragraph below.
Give it a title
Click the Untitled heading at the top and type your title. Examples: My Pricing Guide, Q3 Strategy, Onboarding Brief. The title is what appears on the document card, the browser tab, and the public URL if you publish later.
Click below the title to start writing
Press Enter or click below the title to create your first body block. By default a new block is a Paragraph. To change it to a heading, list, or anything else, use the slash command — covered in the next lesson.
Move into a folder (optional)
Documents live at the workspace level by default. To organize, go back to the documents list, hover a document card, and use the move action to drop it into a folder. Create new folders with New folder at the top of the left sidebar.
