Open Publish Settings
In the top right of the document, click Publish. A dialog opens with three controls: Make Public, Custom URL, and Published theme.
Toggle Make Public on
Flip the Make Public switch. Two more controls appear:
- Custom URL — the slug after
/p/<workspace>/. Leave blank to auto-generate from the title. Set it to something short and memorable for outbound use (for example, pricing-guide). - Published theme — Light or Dark. This is how visitors see the page, independent of your in-app theme. Light works for most lead magnets and outbound docs.
Save
Click Save Changes. The dialog closes. The badge in the document header flips from Private to Public and three new actions appear in the header: Copy Link, View, and Settings.
Share the public link
Click Copy Link to copy the public URL to your clipboard. The URL is https://app.reachium.io/p/<workspace>/<slug>. Paste it into a campaign message, a LinkedIn DM, an email signature, or anywhere you would normally drop a Google Doc link.
Click View next to it to open the public page in a new tab and see exactly what a visitor sees: just your content, your title, no Reachium chrome.
Edit the slug or theme later
Need to change the URL or flip the theme? Click Settings in the header to reopen the Publish Settings dialog. To take the document offline, flip Make Public off and the public URL stops working.
Turn on Live collaboration
Click Collaborate in the document header. The button changes to Live. Now anyone in your workspace who opens the same document sees your cursor and edits in real time, and you see theirs. Great for co-writing a brief, a launch plan, or a sales letter with a teammate.
