Open your booking link as a guest
Copy your booking URL from Share & Embed (previous lesson) and open it in a private / incognito window. The private window matters — it strips your Reachium session so you experience exactly what a real visitor sees.
Pick a date
Dates highlighted in blue have open slots. Greyed-out dates either fall outside your availability or are inside your Minimum Notice window. Click an available date.
Pick a time
Time slots respect your event duration plus your buffers. The slot you click highlights and a Next button appears. Click Next.
Fill in the details form
The form asks for Name and Email (always required), Phone if the location is a phone call, plus any Custom Questions you added on the event type. There is also an optional Additional Notes field and an Add Guests link to CC other invitees.
Fill in fake-but-realistic test data so the booking looks like a real one when you review it.
Submit
Click Schedule Event. You should land on a confirmation screen with the time, host, and a Join Meeting link if you picked Google Meet or Zoom. There are also Add to Calendar buttons for Google and Outlook.
Confirm it landed in Reachium
Close the incognito window and go back to Booking → Bookings in your normal window. Your test booking is at the top of the list with the guest name, event name, host, date and time, and a confirmed status.
Confirm it landed on your calendar
Open the Google or Outlook calendar you connected. The event is there with the guest as an invitee, the meeting link (if applicable), and any notes from the booking form copied into the description.
Clean up
Cancel the test booking so it doesn't waste a real slot. Open the booking row in Bookings, click the three-dot menu, and choose Cancel. The booking moves to cancelled status and the slot reopens for real guests.
