Open the Reachium Database
Click Lead Lists in the left navigation, then click Reachium Database at the top of the page.
Filter the database
Click the People tab. Set Region, Country, and Department filters.
Or import your own custom list instead if you already have one.
Tick Decision makers only. Click Search. Review the matches:
Export the matching people to a list
Click Export to list. In the dialog, set How many to export, choose an existing list under Add to or click Create New List, then click Export.
The new list appears on the Lead Lists page:
Start a new campaign
Click Campaigns in the left navigation, then click Start new campaign.
Name the campaign
Type a name in Enter campaign name, then click Create Campaign.
Choose Outreach Campaign
Click the Outreach Campaign card, then click Continue.
Pick the lead list
Open Select your list and choose the list you exported in Step 3. Leave Select exclude list empty unless you have a suppression list. Click Continue.
Pick the sending accounts
Tick the LinkedIn account that will send for this campaign. Click Continue.
Write the sequence
Fill in the message fields:
- Connection Request — optional, Premium accounts only. Leave blank on a basic account.
- Message 1 — first DM after connection. Required.
- Message 2 — follow-up if no reply. Required.
Use personalization tags ({{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{company}}, {{position}}) to insert lead data. Click Continue.
Configure Reply Agent (optional)
Toggle Enable AI auto-reply for this campaign on to let the agent handle replies, or skip this step. Click Continue.
Review and launch
Confirm the lead list, sending accounts, and sequence flow on the Review Campaign screen. Click Launch to start sending.
