Search the Reachium database

Find prospects in Reachium's directory of 1.8M+ companies and people. 1 credit per exported lead.

Before you start

Prerequisites

Open the Reachium Database

Click Lead Lists in the left navigation, then click Reachium Database at the top of the left rail.

Switch to the People tab

The Discover screen opens on the Companies tab. Click People at the top of the filters panel to search for individual contacts instead.

Apply your filters

Build the audience for your campaign. Common filters:

  • Industry & Vertical — pick one or more industries (e.g. Technology).
  • Lead Location — set Region and Country.
  • Company size — filter by headcount band.
  • Seniority — click chips like C-Suite, Founder, VP, Director.
  • Department — click chips like Engineering, Design, Customer Success.
  • Decision makers only — tick to exclude individual contributors.
  • Has email / Email verified only / Has phone — tick to require contact data.

Run the search

Click Search at the bottom of the filter panel. The results table fills with matching people, the count appears under the heading (for example 4,890 people), and the active filters appear as chips above the table.

Export to a list

Click Export list in the top right. In the Export to list dialog:

  • How many to export — type a number, or click Max out to take every match.
  • Add to — pick an existing list, or click + Create New List to make a new one.
  • Cost — 1 credit per lead. The dialog shows the total and your remaining balance.

Click Export. The leads land in the chosen list and are ready to use in a campaign.
