Import leads from a CSV

Click Lead Lists in the left navigation under Assets. Click the Import Leads button at the top of the left rail.

The Scraper screen opens with five data sources. Click the Import from CSV card at the bottom right.

In the Import Leads dialog:

• Name — type the name for the list this CSV will create.
• CSV File — click Choose File and pick your CSV from disk.
• Clean first names — tick to strip nicknames and fix capitalization (e.g. JANE becomes Jane).
• Clean company names — tick to remove Inc/LLC/Corp suffixes and fix capitalization.

Click Continue.

Match each Reachium field on the left to the column name from your CSV on the right.

• Required — first_name, last_name, linkedin_url.
• Optional — company, position, email, phone, status.
• Add Custom Field — click this button to map any column from your CSV to a custom field on the lead.

Click Import Leads at the bottom right. Reachium creates the list and adds the leads. The new list appears in the left rail of Lead Lists.
