Open LinkedIn Accounts
Click LinkedIn Accounts in the left navigation under Assets. The table lists every account in the workspace with its Status, Connections, Followers, Account Type, Daily Connection Limits, and Working Hours.
Set the daily connection limit
Click the Daily Connection Limits chip in the row (for example, 25 max/day). A popover opens with a slider from Conservative to Aggressive, capped at 25 per day per account. Drag the slider, then click Save Changes.
Use a custom per-day schedule (optional)
In the same popover, flip Custom per day on. The single slider becomes seven (Sun through Sat) so you can set a different cap for each weekday. Common pattern: 0 on Sat/Sun, 10–25 on weekdays. The header shows your Weekly Total against a 200 max.
Set working hours
Click the Working Hours chip in the row. The Working Hours Configuration dialog opens. Three controls:
- Enable working hours — on by default. When on, the account only sends inside the schedule below. Turn this off to let Reachium send 24/7 (still subject to the daily limit).
- Timezone — pick the timezone the schedule should follow.
- Weekly Schedule — toggle each day on or off, set start and end times. Use Business Days (Mon–Fri) or 7 Days a Week as a quick preset.
Click Save Changes. The Working Hours column in the table now shows something like Daily 05:00 to 20:00 Los Angeles instead of Disabled.
Open the action menu
Click the three-dot icon in the Actions column for any account. Five options:
- See on LinkedIn — opens the account's public LinkedIn profile in a new tab.
- Edit Profile — opens the in-app profile editor (covered in Polish your LinkedIn profile).
- View Analytics — opens the account detail page with stats: requests sent, acceptance rate, reply rate, bookings, active days, plus an outreach chart.
- Reconnect — re-runs the LinkedIn sign-in flow if the account dropped.
- Delete — removes the account from the workspace. Active campaigns on this account stop sending immediately.
View an account's analytics
Click View Analytics from the action menu (or click the row directly). The detail page shows the same KPI strip as the dashboard, plus an Outreach Statistics chart with Total Growth / Rate Comparison / Daily Activity views and a 7D / 30D / 90D / All time range picker.
Reconnect a disconnected account
If the row shows disconnected with a red badge, click the Reconnect button right next to the status (or use the action menu). Re-enter the LinkedIn credentials in the popup. The account flips back to OK and resumes sending on its next scheduled window.
