Best LinkedIn Prospecting Tools in 2026, Sorted by the Job They Do

Prospecting on LinkedIn is three jobs, not one: find the right people, enrich what you know about them, and reach them. Most tool lists mix the three and leave you comparing a data scraper to a sequencer. This one sorts by job, states a verified price for each tool, and says plainly which one is ours.

Disclosure first: we make Reachium, which appears in the outreach section. Every price on this page comes from the vendor's own pricing page, checked on the date shown on the linked comparison, and every tool links to a full comparison so you can see where we think it beats us.

Job one: finding the right people

LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The baseline. Its search filters, lead lists and job-change alerts are what every other tool on this page reads from or exports. It does not send anything and it does not enrich with email or phone; it tells you who exists. Priced by LinkedIn per seat. Sales Navigator vs Reachium.

Evaboot. A Chrome extension that exports Sales Navigator searches to a clean list and finds emails for them. Narrow by design: it does the export well and nothing else. Evaboot vs Reachium.

PhantomBuster. Scrapes profiles, exports Sales Navigator results and automates data workflows across LinkedIn and other sites. Starter is $69 a month with 20 execution hours; hours and credits expire monthly. Strongest as a data pipeline, weakest as a sender, since it has no inbox. PhantomBuster vs Reachium.

Job two: enriching what you know

Wiza. Finds verified emails and phone numbers from Sales Navigator and LinkedIn searches. Free plan with 20 emails, Starter at $49 a month for 100, Email plan at $99 a month or $83 on annual. Credits do not roll over. Wiza vs Reachium.

Lix. Exports LinkedIn search results and enriches them, with a free Starter tier, Leads at $39 a month and a pay-as-you-go LinkedIn data API at $49 for 500 credits. Good for list-building at low cost. Lix vs Reachium.

Hunter.io. Finds and verifies emails by domain rather than from LinkedIn directly. Free tier, then $49 a month monthly or $34 on annual for Starter. Useful once you have names and companies and need addresses. Hunter.io vs Reachium.

Clay. The enrichment engine for teams that build their own workflows: waterfall lookups across many data providers, scoring and routing. More of a platform than a tool, and priced like one. Clay vs Reachium.

Job three: reaching them

This is where tools diverge most, and the first thing to check is how each one connects to LinkedIn. Browser-extension tools run on your machine and stop when it closes. Cloud tools run from servers, usually through a proxy or dedicated IP. Reachium connects through a cloud API provided by Unipile, which is not a LinkedIn partner. None of these methods puts a tool outside LinkedIn's User Agreement, which names suspected automation as grounds for restriction, so compare them on control and on what else they do.

HeyReach. The agency favourite for multi-account outreach, priced per LinkedIn sender at $79 a month, with team seats free and an Agency plan at $999 a month for up to 50 senders. Cloud-hosted with a dedicated residential proxy per sender. Outbound only: no content, no booking. HeyReach vs Reachium.

Expandi. Cloud automation with a dedicated country IP, $99 per LinkedIn account a month or $79 on annual. Image and video personalisation are paid add-ons that can push the effective cost past $200 a seat. Expandi vs Reachium.

Dripify. Cloud-based, per user, Basic at $59 a month and Pro at $79. Clean sequences, LinkedIn plus email on every plan, no agency tier or volume discount. Dripify vs Reachium.

Skylead. LinkedIn plus email, InMail and image personalisation in one sequence builder, $100 a seat a month with everything included. Email-finder credit caps are not published. Skylead vs Reachium.

Botdog. A deliberately minimal cloud sender: import leads, write messages, launch, with limits and timing handled for you. Solo is $79 a sender a month, Agency $299 for 5 to 40 senders. Outbound only. Botdog vs Reachium.

Aimfox. Cloud sending with a dedicated IP per profile, at $49 a seat a month, plus rented outreach avatars at $387 for three. Inbound, outbound and event campaign types. Aimfox vs Reachium.

Zeekeo (formerly Zopto). Zopto's domain now redirects to Zeekeo, which sells the software as Launchpad at $149 a seat with campaign coaching bundled, and leads with a done-for-you service from $600 a month. Zopto vs Reachium.

Waalaxy. A browser extension, which keeps it cheap: Pro is 19 euro a user a month for 300 invites, Business is 69 euro with cold email. Runs only while your browser is open. Waalaxy vs Reachium.

Reachium. Our product. Cloud-API LinkedIn outreach at $99 an account a month, dropping to $79 at 10 accounts and $50 at 100, with an inbound content engine, lead-magnet DM campaigns, built-in booking, a network CRM, a REST API and an MCP server in the same subscription. The honest case for it is breadth: it covers finding people on your own posts, reaching them and booking them in one place. The honest case against it is that if you only need a sender, HeyReach or Dripify cost less for one account. How we compare.

How to choose

Pick one tool per job and make sure they hand off cleanly. The common stack is Sales Navigator to find, one enrichment tool to fill in contact details, and one outreach platform to send and track replies. If the outreach platform also captures engagement on your own content and books the meeting, you need fewer tools, which is the argument for the broader platforms and the reason we built one.

Whatever you choose, the data on volume is the same for all of them: across 10,023 real sending days the ceiling was 25 invites a day, and acceptance peaked at 32.0% for accounts averaging 10 to 19 a day. A prospecting tool that lets you send more is not helping you.

Questions

What is the best LinkedIn prospecting tool?
It depends on which job you mean. For finding people, LinkedIn's own Sales Navigator is the baseline every other tool builds on. For enriching contacts, Wiza, Lix and PhantomBuster each cover a different slice. For reaching people, HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, Waalaxy, Skylead and Reachium are the main choices, and they differ most on how they connect to LinkedIn and what they bundle beyond the outreach.
Is LinkedIn prospecting automation safe?
No tool can promise that, and LinkedIn's help page names suspected use of an automation tool as grounds for restriction. What differs between tools is how they connect, whether through a browser extension on your machine, a cloud browser with a proxy, or a cloud API, and how much control you have over volume and pacing. Reachium's own data shows the practical ceiling is 25 invites a day and that acceptance peaks at 10 to 19.
Do I need Sales Navigator to prospect on LinkedIn?
Not strictly, but most serious prospecting starts there. Its search filters and lead lists are what the enrichment and outreach tools read from, and several tools on this list, including Wiza and Evaboot, exist mainly to export and enrich Sales Navigator results.
What is the cheapest LinkedIn prospecting tool?
For outreach, Waalaxy starts at 19 euro a user a month and Octopus CRM at $9.99 an account, both browser-extension tools. Dux-Soup starts at $14.99. For finding and enriching, Wiza and Lix both have free tiers. Cheapest is rarely the right question though, because the cheap tools run from your own browser and stop when it closes.
Which tools on this list are cloud-based?
HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, Skylead, Salesflow, We-Connect and Reachium all run from servers rather than your browser. Waalaxy, Dux-Soup, Linked Helper and Octopus CRM run as a browser extension or desktop app and need your machine on.
