Trigify Review (2026)
Trigify tracked LinkedIn and X activity to surface buying signals and push them into HubSpot or Salesforce. On 23 September 2026 it announced its team is joining HubSpot and the platform retires on 22 October 2026, with no migration. Reachium acts on relationships with cloud-API outreach, content, lead magnets and booking.
Best Sales Data Tool?
The verdict: Reachium vs Trigify
Updated 2026-10-08Trigify monitored LinkedIn and X for buying signals, keyword mentions, job changes, funding news and engagement with relevant posts, and pushed alerts into HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack or email. On 23 September 2026 it announced that the team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform, accounts and service end on 22 October 2026 without migrating into HubSpot. Trigify found the people worth contacting; it never sent the message. Reachium is the other half: cloud-API LinkedIn outreach from $99 an account a month, plus a content engine, lead-magnet DMs, booking and a network CRM.

Still available to buy in 2026 Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Subscriptions do not renew past that date.
Social listening for buying signals (keywords, job changes, funding) This was Trigify's core product and it did it well. Reachium captures engagement signals on your own posts and your network, not a general listening feed across LinkedIn and X. | Partial
Push signals into HubSpot or Salesforce as tasks Trigify created CRM tasks and Slack alerts from signals. Reachium exposes a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server so a CRM or an agent can pull or push, and ships a native network CRM. | Partial
Sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages Trigify surfaced who to contact and handed off. Reachium runs the outreach itself on the cloud LinkedIn API with 8 campaign types.
Acts on post engagement (commenters, reactors) Trigify tracked who engaged with relevant content. Reachium turns commenters on your own posts into leads and, with a trigger keyword, delivers a lead magnet by DM.
Inbound content engine (post generation + scheduling) Trigify read content; it did not produce it. Reachium's 4-bucket generator and calendar create the posts that generate the signals.
Built-in booking + meeting detection Reachium books inside the platform and detects meetings in replies. Trigify had no messaging layer to book from.
Unified inbox across LinkedIn accounts Trigify delivered alerts, not conversations. Reachium centralises every connected account's replies in one inbox.
MCP server for AI clients Reachium exposes 76 tools over OAuth 2.1 with a confirm gate on anything that can message a person. Trigify integrated with CRMs, not MCP clients.
Data export before shutdown Trigify customers must export before 22 October 2026. Reachium keeps data exportable for 30 days after a cancellation.
Done-For-You managed service Reachium's managed tier runs outreach for you, priced on a call. Trigify was self-serve software. |
Reachium vs Trigify
The differences that matter
What Trigify Did, and Why It Mattered
Trigify watched the places buying intent leaks out: who posted about a problem, who changed jobs, who raised a round, who engaged with a competitor's content. It turned that feed into alerts and CRM tasks so a rep could reach out while the signal was fresh. For teams running signal-based selling, that was a genuine edge, and it is why HubSpot bought the team. The gap was always the next step. Trigify told you who; something else had to send the message, run the follow-ups and book the call. If you are replacing it, replace both halves or you will have a list and no motion.
The Shutdown, in Plain Terms
On 23 September 2026 Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform will be retired. For most customers, access continues until 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Accounts are not migrated into HubSpot, the product does not continue inside HubSpot in any form, and subscriptions do not renew beyond the end date. Trigify has said customer data will not be used by HubSpot as part of the move and will be retained or deleted under its contractual and privacy obligations. Export your signal history, lead lists and any saved searches before the deadline, because there is no later.
Reachium Generates Signals Instead of Only Listening for Them
Trigify listened to the whole of LinkedIn for intent. Reachium creates intent on your own posts and acts on it in the same place. The content engine schedules the post, a lead-magnet campaign watches for a trigger keyword in the comments, and the document goes out by DM to everyone who asks for it. Commenters and reactors become leads with a known reason for contact, which is the signal Trigify was trying to approximate from the outside. From there the outreach campaigns, unified inbox, booking and CRM carry the conversation to a meeting without a handoff to another tool.
Pricing, Then and Now
Trigify no longer publishes pricing; its pricing page carries the shutdown notice. Third-party reviews that tracked it before the announcement reported tiers of roughly $49 a month for Starter, about $99 for Growth with Slack and HubSpot, around $199 for Pro with the full signal suite and Salesforce, and custom Enterprise pricing. Treat those as approximate; they are user reports, not an official page. Reachium is $99 a LinkedIn account a month, $79 on annual billing, and the rate steps down to $79 at 10 accounts, $65 at 50 and $50 at 100, with 500 AI credits an account included.
What You Lose, Honestly
Reachium is not a social-listening tool. It will not scan LinkedIn or X for a stranger mentioning your category, flag a job change at an account you have never touched, or alert you when a target company raises. If broad signal monitoring across the market was the reason you bought Trigify, you will want a dedicated signals product for that layer, and several have published migration guides since the announcement. What Reachium replaces is everything downstream of the signal: the sending, the follow-ups, the inbox, the booking, and the first-party engagement signals your own content generates.

Trigify pricing in detail
Checked October 2026. Trigify's pricing page now shows its 23 September 2026 announcement that the team is joining HubSpot and the platform retires on 22 October 2026, with no plan details. Before the announcement, third-party reviews based on user reports listed approximately $49 a month for Starter, around $99 a month for Growth with Slack notifications and the HubSpot integration, roughly $199 a month for Pro with the full signal suite and Salesforce integration, and custom Enterprise pricing. Those figures are approximate and unofficial. Subscriptions will not renew beyond the 22 October 2026 end date.
Trigify pricing verified October 2026. We make Reachium, so we’re biased — this is the honest breakdown.
Where Reachium wins
- Still available, with data exportable for 30 days after any cancellation.
- Runs the outreach Trigify only pointed at: cloud-API LinkedIn campaigns with 8 campaign types and a unified inbox.
- Generates first-party signals through a content engine and lead-magnet DM campaigns on your own posts.
- Built-in booking with meeting detection, so a signal can become a meeting without another tool.
- REST API, webhooks and a remote MCP server for CRMs and AI agents to pull and push.
- Native network CRM with contact cards, tags and lead scoring.
Pick Reachium if
You need to act on the people Trigify found: send the outreach, run the inbox, book the meeting, and generate your own engagement signals from content, all in one platform.
When Trigify is the better choice
Until 22 October 2026, Trigify still wins at the one thing it was built for: broad signal monitoring across LinkedIn and X, turned into CRM tasks and Slack alerts a rep can act on the same day. Nothing in Reachium replaces that listening layer. After the deadline the question is moot, and the honest advice is to pair a dedicated signals tool for market-wide monitoring with Reachium for everything that happens once you know who to contact: the outreach, the inbox, the booking, and the first-party signals your own content produces.
Pick Trigify if
You need market-wide social listening for keyword mentions, job changes and funding across LinkedIn and X. Trigify did that until 22 October 2026; after that, a dedicated signals tool fills the gap.
Switching from Trigify to Reachium
Before 22 October 2026, export everything from Trigify: signal history, tracked accounts, saved searches and any lead lists, because accounts are not migrated to HubSpot and access ends at the deadline. Import the lead lists into Reachium, connect your LinkedIn accounts through the cloud API, and put the people Trigify flagged into outreach campaigns while the signals are still warm. If you relied on Trigify's CRM tasks, Reachium's REST API, webhooks and native network CRM carry that record forward. For market-wide listening, add a dedicated signals tool alongside.
