Prepare Your CSV File

Your CSV needs at minimum a LinkedIn URL or full name + company column. Remove duplicates and blank rows before uploading. Download the template from the import modal if you need a starting point.

Map Fields and Import

Click "Import CSV" on the Lead Lists page. Upload your file, then map each column to the matching Reachium field. The importer flags duplicates and lets you skip or merge them.

Verify Your Imported Leads

After import, scan the list for missing LinkedIn URLs or blank titles. Use the filter bar to find gaps. Clean these up now — campaign personalization depends on complete data.
